Excited that last week I received a script request for my action film, Peacekeepers, after a last minute decision to pitch at producers at the London Screenwriters Festival in April. You just had 5 minutes with each producer. Sometimes you just have to have faith in yourself!🎬💕

In between writing (and other hobbies) I’ve taken up flag football. Today I played with the Aberdeen Silvercats in Inverclyde. Was one of two blitzers (we try and pull the flag of the quarterback to try to stop them throwing the ball). And got my first QB sack 😀. It was a tad 🌧️

Had a great time at @londonswf. 3 days of learning, reconnecting + networking. From Action to Noir it was a great experience. The PitchFest (5 min speed pitching to execs about your project) was a whim decision to do, but with interest on 3 projects means I carry on my passion🎬

@teddy_trucker Oh dear. I had my index finger xrayed today as I staved it badly catching an American football… 🏈 over two months ago! So I’m sorry to hear there’s still a bit of healing to go for you. I’m hoping I can bend my finger fully and it’ll straighten soon 😬😂

It’s been a month since my car accident and most of my bruises are gone but the knots and deep tissue pain is still there. Now I’m having to go to the doctor today to see if I have shingles to boot. When it rains it really floods.

This week I had the tripod out for filming. First time in a while! This was to record a video message for the online showcase for the 2023 Aberdeenshire Architectural and Landscape Design Awards. Winners will be announced next week!

Tom Brady, pulling off the greatest playoff run any QB has ever had. Went past Brees, Went past Rodgers, Stomped out Mahomes...in a pandemic year, with a brand new team, couldn't properly practice, all as a wildcard, all at the ripe age of 43. It's simply unmatched.

It’s the 1 February and time for Tom Brady’s annual retirement message! Only been watching NFL since he played for the #Buccaneers . It was great to see him win that Super Bowl and to play for one more year.
