@JohnJCrace thank you for a great session at today's Malvern Festival of Ideas. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our 17 year old Staffie, Jessie. You gave us an hour where laughter overtook grief and can't thank you enough for that.

Yesterday @AlamgirMKhan and I said goodbye to @JessieDoggyDiva . She had been with us for nearly 15 years and our hearts are broken. Thank you @battersea for allowing us the privilege of being her human mum and dad.

An evening full of cheese with @AlisonKhan and we loved it! A fabulous waltz and a ‘50s pastiche, with a great Tango v Argentine Tango dance off🕺 The highlight was the backing dancers performing to Rise Like a Phoenix. Just incredible 🤩

A lovely afternoon at Goodrich Castle with @AlamgirMKhan and @JessieDoggyDiva . Her first visit to an @EnglishHeritage Castle at the grand old age of 16 and she loved it particularly the free doggy treats!

In answer to our questions @KazzyC63 @LolaKittySLC it is possible to bake a banana loaf in the air fryer - as long as it’s a mini version! 🍌 #Sybilontour and I had a baking day as Dad had requested a ‘normal’ sponge, being bored with lemon drizzle! @jaq421
