In 2020, at the outset of the pandemic lockdowns, I began working out in my building's stairwell, climbing the 32 floors of my co-op in #TudorCity over and over. Today, I take those stairs most every day. And now, I've signed up for the Empire State Building Run-Up on 10/4/23!
