Coaching conversations always get me thinking, not just during, but afterwards too. This is reflection, it doesn’t have to be spoken or written to be useful. One of my musings today was about failure and how different it might look from a variety of perspectives.

We have so many good and worthwhile things to do, read and watch. They all have some value so we have to choose which we can neglect. This is why it is so hard. The choice to not do something isn’t necessarily a judgement on its value.
