According to a Paul Jenkins Q&A the upcoming Sentry story will ignore all the baggage of Sentrys last decade and focus on the continuation of Pauls Sentry stories from the early 2000s. That's also why we see Lindy back.
Does this mean the story won't be canon? We'll see.

If I was a betting man, I would bet that Marvel and Paul Jenkins picked Christian Rosado because his art features deep, dark shadows, like Jae Lee's art in SENTRY VOL 1.
Christians art is very bold and chunky, very fitting of the atmosphere Paul creates for the Sentry.

Brother, there is nothing I don't know about the Sentry.
That's Scaredy Cat from issue #8 of SENTRY VOL 2. He smells a lot. They call him "Smelly".
The better question is if the flesh of Scaredys front paws will be peeled off like in the previous comic. That was grue-awesome.

@superiorsentry Mainly a homage to a scene from Alan Moore's Miracle Man run the first Sentry volume was heavily inspired by.
But also Void being the exact opposite of Sentry. In that scene Sentry was angry at Void and decided to kill him. Void did the opposite, loved Sentry and kissed him.

I watched “Thunderbolts*.” It’s not about eliminating a powerful “external enemy” to save the “world.” It’s about embracing lonely “individuals” and rescuing the “audience” from their own “inner enemies.” A truly “kind-hearted” MCU film. Jake Schreier’s sense of humor strikes a perfect balance. And above all, Florence Pugh was phenomenal. You could say it’s her film. Lewis Pullman’s “Bob” also brought a great vibe to the screen.
