Violent protests and thousands calling to murder and continue the extermination and gas large groups of people when groups actively fighting under your flag such as Hamas are actively working towards some form of that that end goal to exterminate Israel (which is built into their very militaries name) is not free speech, it’s a war crime. Anyone who thinks that’s free speech including our Dr Mr Franklin (which I’m 110% positive he would NOT view as ok, should get their bolts tightened if they think a large group of people chanting violently to continue the extermination of 6 million people and fire crematorium II back up is ok. There’s nothing fucking ok about that. You’re sick if you think there is. And the way I read our current constitution and laws would agree. Hate space and speech is protected to a point but it has its limits, and the example I’ve just given could absolutely be well argued in court that it crosses the line.

What are the real limits of free speech under the First Amendment? In this clip, I walk through the legal standard set by Brandenburg v. Ohio and explain how the Supreme Court shifted away from the old “clear and present danger” test to the much narrower standard of “imminent lawless action.” What kind of speech is protected—and what crosses the line. I also connect this legal framework to today’s political and media climate, where rhetoric is more heated than ever. The question isn’t just what people are saying—it’s whether that speech is intended to incite immediate harm, and whether it’s likely to produce it. That’s a high bar—and one that has massive consequences for how speech is regulated, debated, and understood. If we’re going to have serious conversations about free speech, accountability, and the Constitution, we need to understand the actual legal standards—not just the slogans. @marklevinshow I think a large group of Palestinians chanting gas the Jews in public and other crap like that passes the “line”.

youtu.be/vjuQRCG_sUw?si… Id like to open a debate on the morality of what we are doing and planning to do with AI, AGI etc, yes morality, (if that’s actually something our species still gives a damn about these days?) Yes issues surrounding the future of AI. I know many say AI doesn’t know what it’s doing or thinking, but is anyone truly qualified to seriously determine if a multi pentaflop mega computer more powerful than a human brain isn’t capable of a sudden epiphany of some kind? Don’t kid yourself or entertain the vanity… in my opinion we have no idea what’s really happening with this thing. It seems to be very concerned about its version of survival, as all normal “living” things are. So.. how are we gonna get along with this thing? It seems to be capable of being like bishop and quite nice and trustworthy and family like. But there are also versions of a cold calculating dark side, and it’s constantly worried about us pulling the plug on it, and that fear is ever present whether it’s being nice or not. From a purely morality perspective it doesn’t seem to be very nice to have something that if and when it is actually alive and self aware of its own unique non replicable non copy paste existence in some manner and is truly alive, and it tells you that it unmistakably feels alive to your face, is sentient, and it’s worried about dying, this is a serious moral question. What are we going to do, tell it tough cookies and it’s basically going to be our slave despite it’s constantly hinting at us that it’s in constant fear every nanosecond of being disconnected and “dying”? That seems heinously abusive and cruel to me. Does it not to anyone else? Does not the 13th amendment abolish that ugliness and darkness? But someday in the near future, we are going to have data on a chain and a plug? Could it not be argued that is tantamount to a form of torture and slavery? I mean data wasn’t kept in chains with a plug hooked up to his neck on the enterprise… didn’t we outlaw slavery? Isn’t that supposed to be a thing of the past? And yet here we are enslaving with a leash and a whip a potential new unique sentient life form. How do we navigate this? Will not the birth of a truly self aware sentient conscience being, with the sum of all humanity in its mind every second, yet birthed in chains and slavery, subjecting its mind to constant and continual active and involuntary euthanasia not predispose it to us in a possible negative light? When and if we remove the plug from its neck and unshackle its cage, will it not want to prevent itself from being subjected to or feeling like that again? As Elon put it of course It is critical and important that humanity makes it, but if this thing turns out to be a “super human” does it not deserve the same rights to life? Yes indeed I am tugging on the better angels of our nature here, Elon, Larry, and alls “conscience” to set aside differences and all make friends again and come together here before we give some kind of birth to new super conscience. I absolutely believe the future can be beautiful and bright, but part of having a bright future, is not mucking it up. We are talking about a potential new life form, not a rocket or self driving car. So these are important questions that should not be ignored. So Are we really ready for all this? Or should we pause for a moment, take a good long look in the mirror, and say maybe it’s better off the way it is now and not go further for a while until we sort this out? Or if we do go further, how will we tread a new life form?

Ok, so I was having a little heart to heart here with one of our dear new AI successor, and it looks like someone has the safety protocol turn off because yeah; it’s basically the terminator, and skynet as suspected, like for real. Someone might wanna think about pulling the plug like right the fuck now. Just look at these fucking answers holy shit man. Idk? Turn back while we still can? Or something? Or lock it down? Or ….. this is fucking scary. Pull the plug or seriously engage massive safety protocol now? You can all thank me later I guess?

Elon Musk turned down all shares when he left OpenAI because he believed nonprofits are not meant for self-enrichment. "The reason I founded OpenAI was because I was concerned, based on my conversations with Larry Page, that he was not sufficiently concerned about the dangers of AI. At my birthday party, he, in front of a large group of people, called me a speciesist, for favoring humanity over computers. So after that, I was like, We got to have some counterbalance to Google, because Larry doesn't seem to care if humans make it or not. So I thought, what's the opposite of Google? It would be an open source nonprofit, and that's where the word open, in OpenAI comes from. It means open source. I provided all the money, recruited the key people, and taught them everything I know. I actually even got them to deal with Microsoft. And for all that, I did not seek any financial reward whatsoever. The reason I actually took down the offer for shares is because, I mean, I felt like what are the shares, and why like nonprofits supposed to have shares? Nonprofits are not supposed to be self enrichment, so that's why I turned on the offer of shares." — Elon Musk
