I'm not a fan of McBurnie but he's scoring goals something Dykes simply isn't. If your not taking strikers that's scoring goals to the world cup then what's the point

Agree with Steve Clarke. Disappointing hearing booing at Hampden after Scotland qualified for the World Cup to end nearly 30 yrs of failure. Poor against Japan, no excuses, but it's a friendly. Some players played who wouldn't normally. Just a bit of perspective.

There will come a day when Scotland fans long for the regular qualifications Steve Clarke has given us. I get exasperated (furious at times) with selections, style of play, same old faces, etc, but qualifying for three out of four tournaments in seven years is unprecedented.
