Not for me. There are two forwards (won’t say who) currently at the club who are better. Savinho is too 1 v 1 heavy without undemanding yet how to generate serious output. Of course that can be coached, but then why not coach what you have or buy players closer to that product if you’re going to spend? If Spurs spend money , it needs to be on genuine top tier players who are already at the level or are extremely close. Savinho may well be very close, but no closer than plenty other footballers out there and certainty no closer than some of what spurs already have on the books
