People are getting this situation totally wrong. Crosby failed his physical. The Ravens medical staff could not sign off on the move, which is why the trade failed.
If either team is in the wrong it's more likely to be the Raiders, who potentially knew that this would happen.

The #Ravens NEED to be punished for this. The Raiders just spent HUGE in free agency, and now they will have to re-evaluate all their signings. Not to mention, if the Raiders DO want to trade Maxx Crosby, the Ravens just tanked his draft stock exponentially. Everyone and their mother knew Crosby had a late season injury. @NFL Take away their first round pick and give it to the #Raiders.
