Hi #OrEdChat! Stefanie, instructional coach from Illinois joining in SO late! A3: I love #sketchnotes and used them in my 8th ELA and now help Ts with them as an instructional coach. I use analog when working with Ts and Ss, but I use digital most often for myself.

A3: I prefer analog. Though it doesn't give me the option of fixing mistakes in the same way as digital I prefer pen/paper. Maybe as my skills grow I will move to more digital. #oredchat

A2: I love getting my ELs to sketchnote things we read/watch/listen to. It demands higher comprehension, b/c they can't mindlessly copy words. It frees them to record ideas w/o tripping over language. Afterward, they're a great anchor for speaking/writing activities! #OrEdChat
