@wonabear this is true, however, it's the fact that nearly every female character has that same body shape. I don't care about a character being hot, but when all the women have the same body shape while all the men have varied, cartoonish designs, it comes across as weird

the issue with overt sex appeal in most character designs is they tend to sacrifice something; whether thats comfortability, fashion, functionality. but all of these outfits look cute, functional, and comfortable !! ppl are being puritans. shes allowed to be hot and cute its fine
