One last ride starts with this group of @AlmaScotsXCTF seniors on Friday at the Drenth XC meet. Since Covid cost them their freshman XC season, they have been nothing but determined to make the most of their opportunities. To say I'm proud of them is an understatement! #GoScots

Results aren't limited if someone completely buys into their plan of attack, has patience in the process along the way, and does not allow the outside distractions to steer them away from the plan. If the end result truly means that much, a goal oriented person finds a way.

Today, our new @AlmaScotsXCTF steeplechase team member did clear the barrier. However, he had a difficult time making it out of the water pit. I guess we'll continue to work on things tomorrow. #GoScots

🚨SCHOOL RECORD ALERT 🚨 Austin DeRocher throws a bomb at the Davenport Tune-Up to break the @AlmaScotsXCTF School record in the hammer throw with a toss of 47.66 meters. The previous school record was 43.48 meters held by Will Germain. It's a great day to be a Scot!!! #GoScots
