Our biggest product launch yet! We started with one goal: build automated security that works like a real security engineer. We are closer than ever to that reality In a world where code moves at superhuman speed, security can't be the thing that slows it down — or it will be neglected. Bad actors now have much more powerful weapons, but now, so do defenders. Welcome to Almanax v2!

Almanax now supports multi-repo scans. A lot of enterprise codebases are split across many repos, and vulnerabilities often span repo boundaries. You can now scan one repo with context from another, which helps catch issues single-repo scans miss.

Today we're announcing a new integration between @AlmanaxAI and @TrustVanta, a step toward closing the gap between compliance and autonomous security. Through this integration, companies using Vanta can now connect Almanax directly into their codebases and CI/CD pipelines. For security and compliance leaders, this brings three tangible benefits: - Evidence for SOC 2 and ISO controls updates automatically as vulnerabilities are detected and resolved. - Continuous, AI-powered coverage across code that was previously unreviewed, poorly covered, or unscannable. - Faster time-to-remediation through one-click fixes and auto-generated PRs from within Almanax. Almanax agents will greatly improve the security and overall quality of your codebase Here’s some proof:
Almanax@AlmanaxAI

Almanax AI agents placed 10th overall in the @monad audit competition on @code4rena winning a $15k reward. 1,614 security researchers participated and @AlmanaxAI ended up getting 1st place for our QA report and finding a medium-risk issue in a largely audited codebase. Congrats to all participants!

A lot of people asked me what the recent security launches from Anthropic, OpenAI, and DeepMind mean. Short answer: it’s good for @AlmanaxAI. Half of X/LinkedIn is yelling “AppSec is dead.” That’s not what’s happening. 1. First, this is good market validation. When AI labs ship security products, it means enterprise customers are asking for them. It means real budget is moving. These companies don’t deploy dozens of engineers and tens of millions of dollars unless demand is there. That expands the pie. We’ll see more AI line items in AppSec budgets and more RFPs. 2. We’ve seen this movie before. In cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP all had native security controls. Wiz still built a multi-billion dollar business on top. For network security, they go to Palo Alto and Checkpoint, not to Cisco. For browser security, they go to Palo Alto and Surf, not to Chrome. These are what people have been calling “Layer Zeros” (credits to Ross) or “Foundational platforms” (cc Kara). Each technology era has one and AI labs are becoming today’s Layer Zero. Increased usage just raises the need for independent, purpose-built security tooling. 3. Traditional SAST is going to struggle, a lot. Pattern-matching engines and rule-based technology that companies like Veracode, Checkmarx, and Semgrep built are obsolete. We’re hearing from teams who were using both these products and Almanax’s that they started ignoring findings from those tools. AI SAST just works better: in addition to finding existing issues, it finds novel vulnerabilities, understands logic and business context, without drowning AppSec teams in noise. 4. On the current launches: – Anthropic had a security-review command for months. Claude Code Security looks like a productized version of that capability. It raises the baseline, but it’s not an end-to-end AppSec platform and it misses vulnerabilities that specialized tools like Almanax find. – OpenAI’s Aardvark and Google’s CodeMender look closer to research previews than production systems. I don’t know anyone with product access yet. And the panic selloff of CrowdStrike, Okta, and other public cybersecurity companies (which have nothing to do with SAST) tells you many investors didn’t fully understand what happened. Code is getting cheaper to generate, which means a lot more code and more risk. That’s great tailwind for Almanax.

Winning the #StartInBlock startup competition is just the beginning. 🚀 Here’s what the Start In Block 2025 alumni are building: 👉 @glider_fi raised $4M in a round led by @a16zcrypto, accelerating its mission to automate crypto portfolio management. 👉 @AlmanaxAI emerged as a trusted AI security platform, now used by 900+ blockchain security engineers across ecosystems like @Solana, @Aptos, and @privy_io. 👉 @earnos_io continued scaling its zkTLS-powered Internet Rewards Program, now trusted by 150+ brands and 3M+ users, transforming how value flows in digital advertising. This is what Start in Block is about: early exposure, real builders, and outcomes that extend far beyond the stage.
