Bon Le retour de ETHDenver sur le CT Anglophone est assez angoissant mais pas nouveau Le résumé c'est : toujours les mêmes conférences, toujours les mêmes speakers qui disent la même chose, personne dans les salles Ce n'est pas un cas isolé pour ETHDenver, c'est le cas de tous les évents crypto On est tous dans la même bulle. Le prix des évents est aberrant. Les speakers sont toujours les mêmes. Les gens qu'on croise dans la salle aussi. Les salles de conf sont vides et heureusement qu'il y a un retour vidéo pour alimenter les réseaux sociaux des speakers et des entreprises dont ils font partie, sinon on perdrait 30min à 1h à baragouiner devant 10 personnes dont 4 font partie de notre propre boîte et les 6 autres de l'orga. On est donc tous là, entre nous à s'entr*c*ler et être heureux parce qu'il y a des boissons à volonté De l'autre côté, les seules personnes qui payent les places pour ces évents sont les particuliers qui n'ont pas les connexions nécessaires pour y rentrer gratuitement et qui veulent s'informer. Sauf que la plupart des conf sont trop techniques pour eux et les speakers ne restent pas dans l'évent pour discuter avec les gens Et c'est carré ! On parle d'adoption, d'éducation, d'ouverture d'esprit... Sans jamais faire preuve d'aucun de ces points mdr. Des fois aller à un évent me rend tellement blasé parce que je vois les stands qui sont des scams complets, les gens que j'ai vus à la dernière conf à qui j'ai rien d'autre à raconter, j'apprends rien de nouveau car je sais déjà ce que le modérateur va poser comme question et ce que le speaker va répondre. Notre industrie est ultra fermée et très peu accessible. On est dans une bulle que nous avons nous-mêmes créée et on s'en réjouit. Il faut que quelque chose change car les gens continuent à percevoir la crypto comme trop compliquée, comme un scam ou comme un milieu peu accessible (et le premier qui me dit que c'est l'éducation je l'invite à garder son avis pour lui car non ce n'est pas la solution)
