Cyril Ramaphosa basically lied to us. He promised to tackle the issue of unemployment but it got worse under his administration. This government is wasting the youth’s productive years…enabling more uselessness on the streets….increasing poverty, crime, etc. NATIONAL CRISIS!

The EFF’s Statement Welcoming the High Court Ruling in the Matter Between President Julius Malema and Ngizwe Mchunu -The EFF notes with concern that there is an emerging and dangerous pattern in South African public discourse where the EFF is deliberately targeted for maintaining an ethical, Pan-Africanist, and historically grounded approach to immigration, particularly in relation to fellow Africans from across the continent. Opportunists and scam artists such as Ngizwe Mchunu are exploiting the genuine socio-economic frustrations facing our people in order to spread xenophobic hysteria, incite hatred against African nationals, and manufacture enemies out of vulnerable communities.

#countryDuty Breaking News: The High Court has found in favour of @Julius_S_Malema against #NgizweMchunu following his defamatory and unlawful remarks he made against Malema on various media platforms. Mchunu has also been ordered not to defame Malema further & he has to pay costs on a punitive scale. The actual determination of damages will be set down later.

We wrote to the Higher Education Minister, Buti Manamela, requesting the full record, recordings, transcripts, attendance registers, deliberations, and minutes of the Board Meetings relating to the appointment of SETA CEOs, as required by law. He responded that he does not have them. How can you take such a consequential decision, exercising public power, without a proper record of the meeting, the deliberations, or the process followed? We are going to uncover what appears to be a cover-up surrounding the irrational and unlawful appointment of SETA CEOs. Buti is turning out to be a monumental disappointment. It will not end well for him!

The sad thing is that it's actually irrelevant if he resigns or not. He is an incompetent, dishonest man who has lost his moral compass, but he is no different to the rest of the ANC

[BREAKING NEWS] President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to address the nation at 8pm tonight, following the Constitutional Court's ruling that Parliament's vote on the Phala Phala matter was unconstitutional and invalid. Tune in to #eNCA, channel #DStv403.

This is a very crucial moment for Thoko Didiza’s political career. As the speaker she must learn from the mistakes of her predecessors. Her name has been mentioned in relation to the ANC leadership race. The focus will be on every decision that she is going to take.

Parliament cannot be stopped by reviewing the panel report. There is precedence to this when section 194 committee was in session. Digging their own graves now they fall into them. Below is a case where he tried to review the report directly to Concourt. Speaker must refer the panel report to the Impeachment committee. Even interdicting the report won’t help.

So, according to the reasoning of the EFF, Julius Malema can use the courts to appeal and appeal all the way to the ConCourt in order to avoid jail time but the President shouldn't use the same legal processes. Kumnandi Mo's to be EFF!
