I have full respect for what Jonathan Quick has accomplished in NY. Humbly took a backup role, changed his playing style, exceeded expectations.

Borgen for McTavish feels like a solid framework. Drury and Verbeek have been good trading partners. Verbeek needs RH D. McTavish is a depressed asset. Rangers can absorb the salary differential easily while adding a young forward and opening a spot for Iorio and Morrow.
