@yaroslavwr_ I feel private credit is becoming one of the important tests for tokenization. This is more reason the Kairos Digital Loan Notes launched by @trize_io on @CantonNetwork stand out; they show how tokenization becomes more valuable when it improves transparency around complexity.

Private credit is harder to tokenize than Treasuries. Not because the asset class is worse. Because the risk sits in more places: - duration - repayment source - borrower quality - first-loss capital - who controls the cash flow The token is only useful if it makes these things easier to see.

Private credit is one of the few RWA categories where onchain usage is already visible. 64.3% of category value sits in DeFi, but only 8 of 53 scored assets reach meaningful composability. That is the market today. Real demand, but still concentrated in a small part of the category.
