Tonight's dessert (spelled right this time) is a haupia pie! I may have messed up with the crust and but for a first attempt at a shortcrust it's not bad! I also kinda flubbed layering it evenly but oh well!

Tonight's desert attempt was a gooey butter cake! The top layer has a nice pudding-esqe feel and the bottom layer feels like a standard cake. The taste is nice, very honey forward

guess who tried to halve the ingredients in a recipe to do a smaller portion, but ended up doing the full portion of alcohol? :D tried doing banana fosters, meant to do 30mL of creme de banana did the full 60mL on accident... still good, pretty strong on the banana flavor tho
