When I used to run a Facebook shop, timewasters were crucified!!! Please do not timewaste your fellow artist either 🙏🏻💕 Do not initiate a trade and then back out half a year later. That’s so rude and will warrant you a block, regardless if you extend a lukewarm apology or not!

Last night, while walking home on the corner of Yonge and Dundas I was physically assaulted in front of dozens of bystanders. I have a broken nose and two black eyes.

@iamlunasol I feel you, making irl friends as adults has been so hard 💀 I actually got to a point where I decided I was going to try out Bumble for BFFz. I did meet a couple people and had a good time but turns out I might be the problem. I just enjoy being a potato at home. The paradox 💀

Personally I think reselling the Group Order item is acceptable. Refunding only the price minus fees acceptable. But taking someone else’s money, only sending one email for second payment and then giving their item away for free to someone else and saying no refunds? Unethical.

I just learned that it is apparently acceptable in Group Orders for the person running it to take money from individuals. Send out one single email for shipping payment and then if that email was missed…

This is your reminder to read the fine prints of Group Orders. Taking someone’s money and not refunding, regardless how you word it in your rules is no different than a loophole to scamming. I respect people who run GO but not in the way I have just experienced.
