“Branded channels” are a scam. I have one of the biggest “branded” channels in the NBA space. 332k subscribers blah blah blah. But I am moving away from that and doubling, no, tripling down on YouTube Automation. Why? Because YTA is a far superior business model than the “branded” scam. To do YTA properly, I went for coaching with @wizofyt (the best of the best in the space). In less than 2 weeks, just one of the new channels we are building has already made $10k PROFIT after monetization. And we are quickly scaling to 100k/month. Here is why you should stay away from “branded”: 1. Most of these “branded” channels have LOW cap views, HIGH spend per video, and SKINNY margins. With YTA, the videos are 80% the quality of “branded” channels. But the videos are dirt cheap to make. So you have way better margins. 90-99% sometimes. 2. Also DIVERSIFICATION! Would you rather have 1 channel making 50k? Or 10 channels making 5k each? Same revenue at the end of day. But one is way more protected than the other. While you are building your 1-5 little “branded channels,” killers are building 50-100 of them! 3. Playing on HARD mode vs Playing on EASY mode Most people are playing YouTube on hard mode. And “gurus” selling you “branded” method are leading you down that wrong path. I call this path "the prettiest way to stay broke on YouTube." Ultimately are you trying to be famous? Or are you trying to make money? You are building a business. Your goal isn’t to have the most popular channels on YouTube. Your goal is to make money and feed your family. F fame. Stop worshipping “branded.” Start building systems that actually work for you.

The Hard Truth of Running A Youtube Business... Youtube is a great model, but once you get to a certain scale, all kinds of problems will arise and if you are not prepared it could hit you very hard. This week hasn't been the best. One of my verifications for advanced features seemed to have gone wrong. And this caused a chain reaction throughout all my newly set up channels, research channels, manager channels. (Around 10 channels gone, less than 1 month since first upload, not monetized or established). And 2 of my oldest channels got shadowbanned. People tend to say Shadowbans don't exist, i always thought the same. But it's something you will believe in once it happens to you. I still have some other monetized channels left and am trying everything i can to reverse this chain of horror. But take this as a warning to set up everything the right way. Think IP, Face verifications, Devices, Emails, Adsense and more all diversified. (Images below, 2 different channels both had evergreen videos that were consistent 1k+ /48h for 100-200+ days). ( I use a different E-mail for every channel and use both new and aged channels ).
