Yes, JPMorgan analysts confirm the U.S. crypto market structure bill (CLARITY Act) negotiations are in final stages, with disputes down to just 2-3 key issues (mainly stablecoin rewards/yield, DeFi oversight, and token classification).
Senate talks are advancing; staff call the draft "very close." The bill (H.R. 3633, passed House in 2025) would clarify SEC/CFTC roles for digital assets and stablecoins.
