Arceus created Pokemon to live alongside eachother and humans. He may not kill every weak Pokemon but she thinks he shouldn't have to..... He should leave them be, Alpha or not he's strong enough without that kind of intimidation.

The weak are there to feed the strong. That's how nature is, that's how Arceus created them.
He's not a monster, just an old forgotten race of Pokemon.

This is called Natural Selection.
The weak and dumb ones die, while the strong and smart ones survive.
