So yesterday I had my ENT doctor appointment for my (almost) closed nostril that ma be contributing to my consistent sinus headaches. She said it was too swollen inside to be able to see what’s causing the swelling (allergies, excess buildup or a nasal polyp). Gotta get a scan of my sinuses done, and then they’ll see if I need surgery or if my turbinates just need a reduction. I just hope whatever it is gets fixed because I have sinus pressure and pain more often than not. 😔
