@Alphamind_labs It takes guts and real knowledge of the system and market condition and determination to walk alone (if it comes to that) to do this. Token is supposed to power a system. Now, it's the other way — from the date the token is live - also becomes the date of death of the project!😢

The biggest mistake Web3 founders make before TGE: Launching too early. A token event should happen when: • product traction exists • community conviction is strong • liquidity is planned Otherwise you're launching hype, not a market.

@Alphamind_labs Preach 🙌 I've seen projects rush to TGE without getting these basics right. Product traction gives you something real to back the hype, community conviction is the fuel you need to propel it, and planned liquidity ensures the thing doesn't tank immediately

@Alphamind_labs There might not even need to be community conviction if there's sufficient product traction. Not all business models are tailored to retail. But if a business shows strong rails & scalability, that'll organically attract retail interest.

right, and "community conviction" is the one most founders fake without realizing it ++ discord size and twitter followers aren't conviction. conviction is whether your most active members would actually be worse off if the project disappeared tomorrow most founders don't know the answer before they launch. the market finds out within 72 hours

@Alphamind_labs Absolutely correct - utility keeps it. ✅️ 👏 After all the shit posting to make free money from airdrop, you are left with nothing if nobody uses your project again. To do that; solve real problems, not repeat what is already there diluting the space and wasting people's time.

Prediction markets. AI agents. DeFi automation. Narratives come and go. But the projects that survive always have the same thing: Real users. Narrative attracts attention. Utility keeps it.
