Most people don’t lose money in crypto because they picked the wrong asset. They lose because they entered at the wrong time with the wrong expectations. Market conditions matter more than narratives. Would you agree ?

@SkySportsNews Rodri is clearly declining. It appears this injury has had a similar effect as Michael Owen's. If City are smart they'll cash in on him. As a Utd fan, i hope they keep him 😂

When a company website still includes team members who all quit, months later... That's a HUGE red flag! 100% of the team who aren't related to Founder, quitting within a 2 month period, also a huge red flag! There is NO qualified analyst team anymore!! thebirbnest.com

The year is 2027. That influencer you used to follow with a few nice watches, a couple leather jackets and exotic pet birds has completely moved on from trading. All his income came from ref links, and those couple times he got lucky and won a trade are long forgotten. Now he has a family. Real responsibilities. His wife told him if he doesn't stop playing his little internet games, she'll leave him for good. He still has some money, but nowhere near the millionaire status he once claimed. Yet he has to keep up the persona. So he re-emerges as a lifestyle influencer. By now, he's living in another country. Since everyone in his home country discovered he's a scammer, he has no friends there anymore. Frankly he's not welcome back into most circles that used to welcome him. Old colleagues of his meet up with him at public events, and call him out. He loses even more respect and his notoriety is completely gone. The same events that used to welcome him now laugh at his applications to join. That's why his feed is becoming more vitriolic and he is angrier and more bitter as the days pass. With each passing post, more of his audience disappears. It's now shrinking rapidly, and he's plunging into the obscurity phase. Since his public chat group failed long ago after everyone complained and called him out, his options are limited. He starts making even worse investment decisions out of desperation to try and recoup some relevancy. But now his wife is halfway out the door. Even she has had enough. His dreams of owning a yacht and hobnobbing with billionaires have faded away. They want nothing to do with him beause they all know he's as fake as a $3 bill. Even worse, they know how many people he's taken advantage of. Everyone that used to work for him speaks poorly of him, and a person of his reputation would have difficulty getting a job as a clerk at the local market. All his referral schemes have dried up, and no one in the space wants anything to do with a partnership or collab. Only things he can promote are memes and garbage that goes to zero. Even then, his account is completely dead with almost zero interactions left. What is the end of this man? Oftentimes people like him end up in total ruin. A wasted life with nothing to show for it. Perhaps two or three failed marriages if he is so lucky. But in the end he winds up alone, after all his pursuits have failed. If you're reading this and you're struck by it, you're probably that influencer. You've got everything you deserve, but unfortunately it gets way worse for you from here. The only way out is to change everything. Start over. Publicly apologize to all the people you've wronged and taken advantage of. Put on a clean set of clothes and walk out the door a new man. But will you do it? I'll give you a solid 1% chance. That's better than most.

@TheTradingTank I do wonder who you're referring to? 🤔 The key must be the exotic 'birds', and how they like to nest 😂. Anyone understand the clue? 🧐 I completely agree, a vile little bald man who certainly betrays the ideals his Christian "faith" claims.

What's more likely? 1) Trump's administration is making positive steps toward a peaceful resolution with Iran. 2) Trump is lying to manipulate global oil markets. 3) Pre-invasion propaganda. Catch Iran off-guard. I'd bet that the most chronic recorded liar in history is lying

For as long as Trump is in power the global markets are going to be a mess. Trying to outsmart the markets or seek wisdom in technical charts (historical data) isn't going to be helpful for the next 2 3/4 years - unless he dies or gets impeached. So I'm just HODLing it out.

BREAKING: In a desperate effort to help Hungarian autocrat Viktor Orban, a close ally of the Kremlin, win the April election, where polls show he’s expected to lose, Russia’s foreign intelligence service (SVR) reportedly proposed “the Gamechanger,” a staged assassination attempt to boost support for him, The Washington Post reports. “Such an incident will shift the perception of the campaign out of the rational realm of socioeconomic questions into an emotional one, where the key themes will become state security and the stability and defense of the political system,” operatives wrote in a report prepared for the SVR’s main political influence unit.

This is really good for anyone curious & wants to learn about DeFi, especially the lending market.
Silo Intern@SiloIntern

DeFi Basics 101: How Liquidations Work in Lending ever wondered how lending markets liquidate your position before it turns into bad debt? you deposit collateral, borrow against it, and everything’s fine… until your Rabby wallet stops showing your borrow position. liquidation is the reason lending markets don’t collapse. here’s how it actually works. you deposit $1,000 of ETH and borrow $700 USDC. your loan-to-value (LTV) is 70%. you’ve borrowed 70% of your collateral’s value. the protocol sets a liquidation threshold — say 85%. cross that line and your position becomes eligible for liquidation. now ETH drops 20%. your $1,000 collateral is now worth $800. remember? you still owe $700. new LTV = 700 / 800 = 87.5%. you crossed the threshold. congratulations. you’re getting liquidated. here’s what happens next: a liquidator — usually a bot scanning the chain 24/7 — steps in. it repays part of your debt and, in return, takes your collateral at a discount. example: the bot repays $350 of your debt and takes $370 worth of ETH. that $20 difference is the liquidation bonus — the incentive that makes liquidators show up. no bonus = no liquidators = system starts breaking. after liquidation: your debt is lower your LTV improves the protocol stays solvent you lose a chunk of collateral that’s the trade-off. circle of life. why liquidation exists without it, borrowers go underwater. if your $1,000 collateral drops to $500 while you still owe $700 — who covers the gap? the lender does. that’s bad debt. the protocol promised lenders safety… liquidation prevents that. it protects lenders. HEALTH FACTOR (what you should actually watch): most protocols don’t show LTV directly. they show a health factor: health factor = (collateral × liquidation threshold) / debt above 1 → safe at 1 → liquidation starts below 1 → you are cooked lower health factor = closer to the edge. if you’re not watching this number idk what to say... PARTIAL VS FULL LIQUIDATION: most protocols don’t wipe you instantly. they liquidate just enough to bring your position back to safety: slight breach → 20–50% of debt repaid severe crash → full liquidation possible depends on how far past the threshold you are and how fast things moved. THE LIQUIDATION ECONOMY: liquidators earn a bonus (usually 5–10%). this creates an entire economy of bots competing to be first. faster bot = more liquidations = more profit. mfs are running custom infra and MEV strategies just to be 1ms faster at taking your collateral. you’re the one paying for it. that bonus comes straight out of your bag. where things break?????? liquidation depends on one assumption: someone is willing and able to buy the collateral. with ETH or stablecoins → fine. bots fight for it. with illiquid tokens: everyone sells no buyers show up liquidators back off debt goes unpaid that’s how bad debt still happens — the exact thing liquidation was supposed to prevent. most of the time the system works. edge cases — thin liquidity, cascading liquidations, flash crashes — break it. DIFFERENT LIQUIDATION DESIGNS not all protocols do it the same way: 1. standard → bots repay debt, take discounted collateral, dump on DEX 2. auction-based → liquidators bid, reducing borrower penalty 3. tick-based → more gas-efficient, DEX-style mechanics same goal: repay debt before insolvency. what changes is who profits, how much you lose, and what happens when liquidity disappears. HOW NOT TO GET LIQUIDATED (read this twice) 1️⃣ keep LTV well below the threshold 2️⃣ monitor your health factor 3️⃣ set PRICE ALERTS!!!!!!!!!! if you made it this far, here’s the alpha. in Silo V3, we’re fundamentally changing how liquidation works in lending markets 👀 SILO THE RISK — SILO INTERN
