First picture is when I had my first session with my boxing coach Andy Jones on Friday 19th May when I was to overweight and mentally ill.
The second picture is from a session on the 5th August where I’ve lost around 10kg, mentally clearer and confident in my ability
The difference a few weeks can make and the levels you can get to in a few weeks is unbelievable to see and this is just the beginning.
We are 72 days away from my fight and we’ve still got so much to do and achieve.
Your body can do incredible things, it’s just your mind your have to convince
