@ZouhairsMurid No, I'm saying we leave metaphysics and argue based on epistemology as the sun god religion isn't based on metaphysics but on epistemology.

@Alphybeat123 You do realise that what you're saying is that to refute the pagan god... you have to hold as acceptable the concept of a pagan god... That makes no sense.

@HassanO99409429 @ZouhairsMurid A sun worshipper's refutation would sound like this: "You claim that your god created the sun but we can't see, hear or feel your God's energy. I definitely can see and feel mine. You also claim your god engineered the universe, what evidence do you have for this claim?"

@ZouhairsMurid @Alphybeat123 neither will nor consciousness, and it does not decide when it rises or sets. Worshipping the sun is akin to worshipping a "heater" that provides warmth in winter while ignoring the engineer who designed and installed it.

@ZouhairsMurid ... Therefore using the Muslim's idea of God to debunk the sun worshipper's fails to achieve its only objective. The Muslim should come down to the level of the pagan and refute his idea of God.

@ZouhairsMurid The argument is defeated because both parties are holding their gods to different standards. The Muslim claims their god to be eternal and unchanging, requiring metaphysics to explain, while the sun worshipper relies on what he can see and observe from his environment. ...

@ZouhairsMurid ...up his claims as modern science agrees with him, but you don't. You say the sun was created by Allah but no one has any evidence that proves this claim. Science doesn't side with you on this one. So I think Ibrahim(a.s.) failed to refute the pagan religion.

@ZouhairsMurid If you can't show him your God, then it's possible that your god exists only in your mind. To the sun worshipper, his god is the giver of life to earth. The reason flowers bloom. The reason birds sing in the morning. The custodian of time itself. He also has evidence to back...

@ZouhairsMurid You're arguing with a Sun worshipper and after claiming that your god is eternal, does not change even if the world changes, he asks you to show him your God. What would be your reply?

@ZouhairsMurid let's imagine you're having a conversation with a sun god worshipper and he asks you; Okay, show me your God then, what would be your reply?

@ZouhairsMurid This argument doesn't even make sense. Even according to the Quran, Allah changes. He was in his eternal, then he decided to create the universe. He speaks momentarily to prophets occasionally. By your argument, he too is subject to changes.

@larroumecj Your cognitive dissonance is extreme. You know Americans understand nothing yet you think any of them know what the Marshall Plan was.

The level of cognitive dissonance among some Americans is staggering. They have no trouble understanding that when China extends loans to African countries in exchange for opening their markets, it is a strategy of domination and subjugation. Yet they are sincerely convinced that the Marshall Plan was some kind of entirely selfless philanthropic endeavor, and that the subsequent dominance of American corporations across European markets is purely coincidental, owed to nothing but the inherent superiority of their products. Incredible.

That’s what they should have meant, but it isn’t. They act like whites are the only people to have ever owned slaves even though they owned disproportionately less and for a significantly shorter period of time than most other people groups who have put slavery into practice. Have you ever seen them advocating to free the slaves still being held by their own peoples, or only slander whites for a short period that didn’t even actually negatively impact any person living today? No, they don’t. Because it was never about “inequality” it has always only been about demonizing white people unnecessarily, which is racism. That’s also why they get so mad when you point out their dishonesty about it. Their hand is much crueler than ours and we have suffered under it just as plenty of their own people still do.

@nikitabier, could you create a feature that removes Japanese contents from my fyp?. Some of us aren't fans of racism, hate and anime? Also, translating people's post is becoming tiring. Could you take things back to pre-elon? Thanks.
