Published in the Journal of Nature and Science of Medicine Radiotherapy has been used in cancer care for more than a century, yet remains poorly understood. Our study in Saudi Arabia (n=205) found: •Only 2% had high awareness •88.3% held negative/neutral perceptions •Widespread misconceptions: pain (42.9%), “radioactive” (26.8%), infertility & burns (nearly 50%) Clear evidence that greater public education is urgently needed. Excited to share our new publication on 6-year outcomes of insulinoma treated with SBRT, one of the longest follow-ups to date. Excellent control, metabolic improvement, and no major toxicity. Includes full technical workflow from simulation to delivery. This work supports SBRT as a non-invasive option for patients who can’t undergo surgery or prefer to avoid it. Thrilled to share that three of our abstracts have been accepted at two major international conferences this year: ASTRO 2025 (San Francisco, USA): 1.Oncological Outcomes of Dose-Escalated Chemoradiotherapy vs. Total Neoadjuvant Therapy in LARC 2.Long-Term Outcomes of IOERT in Advanced and Recurrent Colorectal Cancer ESMO GI 2025 (Barcelona, Spain): 1. Correlation of pCR to Survival in LARC and Predictors: A Retrospective Study Grateful to Dr. Khalid Khalil, mentors @DrAlsuhaibani , @DrYasirAlayed , @SaifAljabab and the team at @ksumedicalcity . Looking forward to engaging with global colleagues and learning from their incredible work.

We found that receptor conversion is not uncommon in recurrent breast cancer, PR (29.9%) and HER2 (23%) showed the highest rates of change. These findings reinforce the importance of re-biopsy at recurrence to guide treatment decisions more accurately. mdpi.com/1648-9144/61/4…
