@drewlevin @gg_EZ_lol really play the game. The problem isn't the current system in place but the people and the philosophy on how to handle them. I don’t think it's beneficial for actual new players when systems that are initially meant to help them are warped around people who exploit it.

@drewlevin @gg_EZ_lol on EU those throwaway accounts are everywhere, every lobby atleast 2. How is it possible to be in a "dia" lobby when u are plat 1 29% winrate when the last season rank was emerald. This lobby 5 out of 10 players were "still climbing" LOL.

@drewlevin is there any chance that u know or can ask if the hextech kogmaw skin can appear in the mythic shop rotation? last time the skin was available was 2023 in the old shop. The skin was never in the bi-weekly rotation.

@RiotRiru afaik there are 14 old hextech crafting skins, there are 4 slots in the new mythic shop for those skins. that means kogmaw has a ca. 28% chance of appearing each week. Since the shop released, it had 23 bi-weekly resets where kogmaw didnt even appear once. thats a 0.052% chance.

@KattenEUW nvm i was wrong, i checked on the wiki, attack speed growth counts as bonus attack speed. So the change is a slight nerf until u are lvl 14, after that its a miniscule buff. weird change ngl

@Altarator so at what ratio does it scale

they're rly nerfing ad kog and not touching AP... at least it's such a tiny nerf it barely even makes a difference

@KattenEUW atk speed growth is base attack speed, every single bought attack speed stat on an item scales with ur base attack speed

@Altarator idk how/if atk speed growth scales with items but I think it'll just be slightly nerfed until very late game when u have like 3+ items, but still a tiny nerf that seems very placebo

@drewlevin update: got a report feedback about sabotaging the enemy team because that idiot went full mental breakdown and ran it down mid on 3/16 tear amumu midlane

@drewlevin just had sombody in my ranked game deciding to follow a random player step by step and contest every single minion while refusing to interact with the enemy team considering that he has alteast 5 games in his match history where he did that the system cannot detect it

@drewlevin i dont care about reporting the account outside of the post game lobby, therefore a tweet and not an absolutely worthless support ticket, because the account is lvl 100 and due to his behavior i dont think its his first and last account.
