Well 2020 started with @A_H_parkrun had covid in March, knee stopped working, consultant said I needed a new one but today I ran 3k with a support from @CalumDigby @nickdigby Might regret it later! Whenever I think I’ll never run again I somehow manage it albeit slowly @parkrunUK

Today’s sport is @Artengo_com rollnet table tennis. Not competitive or anything.....In defence of our not very good performances the table is very narrow and to be fair @CalumDigby won all the other games.
