We are proud to share that Mr. Kartikey Mahajan, alumnus of the Batch of 2011 at National Law University, Jodhpur, has been invited to join the English Bar as a Barrister. The Bar Standards Board has granted him full exemption from its transfer requirements, enabling him to practice before English Courts, Indian Courts, Courts of New York, DIFC, ADGM, and SICC (on foreign law issues), along with international arbitral tribunals. This remarkable achievement reflects his exceptional professional journey and adds another milestone to the growing global presence of NLUJ alumni. Heartiest congratulations to Mr. Kartikey Mahajan on this distinguished accomplishment. He now has hearing rights before English Courts, Indian Courts, Courts of New York, DIFC, ADGM and SICC (to the limited extent on foreign law issues). This milestone will allow him to conduct advocacy before the above fora and international arbitral tribunals.

With 4 new inductees this year, our alumni network now proudly includes 47 lawyers qualified as Advocates-on-Record before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. NLUJAA invited all the alumni AORs, along with their partners, to an evening of dinner, drinks and engaging conversation
