In my first move as the President of 99 Construction, the Teleport to House spell should be enabled from the spellbook if you have a Con cape in your inventory. It's time for change.

@CavemanOnly @OldSchoolRS Especially now that lightbearer is in game, it can open up room for more special attack items. And I think in skilling in particular there's a lot of room for that as there's only a couple special attack items that just boost levels.

@CavemanOnly @OldSchoolRS Could you check out a take I did on it? reddit.com/r/2007scape/co… Main takeaway I had being that Barding should have intrinsic rewards instead of a rewards shop, and could be done via instruments being wieldable and having unique special attacks.

@AlveroRS I was thinking of more like a faster travel system...breeding horses for different things such as combat, speed, height, health and such... Maybe breed donkeys for long trips to monster so they can mule pots and there and take more loot back...
