@JohnOlthuis @alectranews Yes, our city staff have said explicitly that everything is done on our end - just waiting on Alectra, for months now.

@AlvinTedjo Alvin, I dont think that is how it works. The City's electrical contractor would be responsible to run the wires and have the service to the shelters inspected by ESA and provide connection authorization before @alectranews could make the final connection. Have you contacted them

Its frustrating seeing the NOT IN USE sign on these new #Mississauga enhanced bus stops😠 These new stops are more accessible and heated in the winter, or at least should be♨️ We have built the stops but are still waiting for Alectra to actually power them😮‍💨

Traffic Calming Works In 2022 we were seeing most drivers going over the posted limit on Bromsgrove Rd. Since then: Speeds are down📉 Compliance is up📈 Thanks to @PrabSarkaria and @fordnation $11.1 million will be investment in #Mississauga for new traffic calming projects👏👏👏

@SmithWildfield It shouldn’t have taken that long, but initially, staff believed it could be repaired. An engineering report came later on and said it needed to be replaced, and by then the construction season had passed.

The Loyalist Creek Bridge is Back! After being critically damaged by a driver over a year ago, we finally have a new one in the park🌳 Walk on it, run on it, or even bike on it, but please do not try to drive over this one again😅

Collecting recycling is not difficult, @regionofpeel has efficiently delivered this service for decades⏳ Recycling is one of the basics that we expect to happen each week and I simply do not understand how Circular Materials cannot collect recycling in our neighbourhood🤯
