Remember the s*** show at Mount Dennis station a few days ago? TTC didn't even want anyone to know about it. This is what happens when a sprinkler is a wet system. It should be built to be a dry system (compressed air) where cold temperatures would not burst the pipes. When you have a wet system and water in the pipes, this is what will happen. Watch it happen more often when winter rolls around next year

I got home from a night shift by using Uber because there was no chance I was going to take the bus. The conditions outside really deteriorated in the hour before my shift ended and my driveway is completely frozen over. I hope everybody who had to go out today to use caution and gave themselves extra time out there #ONStorm

Conditions are going to be ripe for pothole development over the next several days Temps above freezing during the day and well below freezing at night is the perfect recipe During the day moisture will seep into cracks. Another juicy Clipper tracks through Southern #Ontario tomorrow Brief period of snow/ freezing rain across Mid Western/ Northern sections of SW Ont before a change over to rain. Start time- 5/7am #GTA (#Hwy401 corridor) will also see a brief period of snow/ freezing rain before a quick changeover to rain For the north GTA and a prolonged period of snow/ icy mix is possible with Trace to 5mm freezing rain and 2-5cm of IP/ snow. Start time- 6/8am Central/ Eastern Ont looks to remain mostly snow. 5-10cm, locally 10-15cm possible. Start time- 7/10am By the afternoon, temps are expected to soar to the mid/ upper single digits across SW/ Central Ont and the #GTA, upper teens for Deep SW Ont #OnWX #ONStorm

Upon review, that account has asked variations of "what is TMU?" at least four times from Nov 2025 to Feb 2026 alone, often tagging transit help accounts. Clear repetition on the same point. The PRESTO fare from Oakville to Toronto still works via the 2-hour transfer window across agencies, as noted yesterday—no changes there.
