Never quite understood this argument.
I don’t particularly care how hard players train if they perform well in matches. Some are just more naturally talented than others and need to train with less intensity

Good. "but there aren't enough top women coaches" okay not like the men coaches working in women's football are top either otherwise they'd be working in men's football where they can actually get opportunities unlike women oh and be paid 10x more for it too.

@AlwaysRightWHU Yeah call it cynical or realistic idc but unless a federation is wants to bring through female coaches they’re just gonna hire the male coach they want, stick the cheapest woman they can find as his assistant and hire the man he wanted as his assistant to the back room staff
