My father married my mum with a son from another man and we see him as our BIG brother right from childhood. My father passed away recently without a WILL and this BIG brother is insisting that he will take over my father's property as the first son and he will have share in my father's property I told him clearly, you are not my father's son and you have no right to his inheritance. This issue has caused a whole lot of issues and my mum is supporting him We are of the same mother and not of the same father and he should know his boundaries and look for his own father to get inheritance He wants to take the matter to the court and i want to know my chance ahead Mr Tosin, does he have right to my father's property when it is clear that he is not a biological son to my father?
