Yeah everybody missed something. The Disney content informs you everyone’s backgrounds. First things first you need to understand that the Union Leaders who replaced the Foretellers are themselves, the Foretellers made children. Second, Ventus is Master Aced. You have to treat each world visit as if it is something that happened to an original character at some other time in the plot. The trouble is figuring out who. For instance, Cloud Strife is one of the defining characters who show you the bridge between Ventus and Ansem. Cloud cannot remember his past, and suffers headaches from amnesia the same way Ventus does. The point of his character is to show that Ventus from Unionχ actually did grow up. That being said, the Ventus we know from BBS is most likely a replica and not the same Ventus from Daybreak Town. I have literally every character’s path mapped out with a clear understanding of every secret we missed. I understand who the MoM is, where SHE came from and why.
