He is just showing, yet again, how Marxist governments are very good at spending other people's money without accounting for any of it. In 2020, the IMF gave South Africa $4.3 billion during the Covid 19 pandemic, but to this day, the South African @GovernmentZA has not accounted for how they used the greater portion of this. And then, again, in 2025 World Bank gave South Africa $1.5 billion to secure energy security and maintain infrastructure. Again – where did that money go? These are things that Third World countries never do. That is to say, they will take the money from these bodies but they will never say how it was spent or who benefited. But, when it comes to paying it back, they will stand up in front of the world claiming to be victims. I maintain that the only thing that a Marxist politician is a victim of is his/her own avarice.
