Started a new session at the Law School today. Every year comes with a new set of faces, and there’s something quietly nostalgic about settling into that cycle again, knowing I’ll be seeing them consistently and they will be trying to dodge the mic for the months ahead.🤣🤣

Not me working out for 3 hours almost everyday and then seeing this guy getting cooked 😭 But seriously, what do you guys actually train in 30–45 minutes at the gym? I’m genuinely asking. It’s probably why a lot of people don’t get great results, yet still want a body like someone who consistently trains with a solid 2–3 hour routine.
