@TheWillTruth That note at the end makes my head hurt. If a student studies during the spring/summer semester part-time but is still considered a full-time student by the DLI, would the student still be eligible for a PGWP? It conflicting instructions like this that keep the Federal Court busy

For the record, I was a full-time student last semester who took 2 courses, only 1 which required me to go to class.

Calgary’s water supply is in a critical state. If we do not reduce our water use, we're at risk of running out. All outdoor water use is banned under Stage 4 Water Restrictions. In addition, Calgarians are asked to restrict their indoor water use. For more information, click⬇️

A major problem with Canadian immigration is the level of uncertainty caused by a myriad of public policies and one time or limited measures. It creates expectations that these public policies will be extended indefinitely and that limited time measures will be repeated

Yesterday, in the public interest, I issued a temporary resident visa to a foreign national with history of petty criminality both in Canada and abroad. The individual is a religious figure of Greek descent and considered non-violent. Please remain vigilant during this period.
