In surprise inspection DCM Agra, Prashasthi @prashastisri imposed fine of Rs 1 lakh on vendor for over charging from passenger & Rs 10,000 fine for not maintaining toilets clean. This will definitely act as deterrent & improve passenger services.

Such things will go a long way in Making Divyang feel welcomed in Public place & make it more friendly. Generally people don't feel the need to learn Sign Language. We should make it part of school curriculum. Amazing job @AmanVermaIRTS sir & @prashastisri
