We are short $DVLT in large part due to the cast of characters involved. Convicted felon Edward Withrow III is listed as an inventor alongside the CEO Bradley on multiple patents owned by EOS Technology Holdings, a related party and one of $DVLT’s largest shareholders. Withrow pled guilty to making false statements after being charged with participating in a "pump and dump” scheme that went on from 2012-2013. He was sentenced to 5 months house arrest and 5 years’ probation.

Our response will post soon but as my Grandmother Bradley would say to me, "Where do you think the devil would attack." We're working on the response but, if I were Kramer right now I'd consider the fact that not a single successful technology company doesn't lose money in the pursuit of breakeven where it creates the greatest wealth. Consider that false and misleading statement of Kramer and the Wolfpack, that he might want to call a meeting at his network to discuss Datavualt AI issue he now has. @WolfpackReports This isn’t a data center but an office for R&D “Simultaneously, ($DVLT) has opened its Center for AI & Quantum Computing Excellence at 9040 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia—a state-of-the-art center…& will align w/ Georgia Tech & the UGA for talent recruitment…for R&D”

We visited $DVLT’s “Center for AI and Quantum Computing Excellence” which they claimed has “onsite data centers” and a lab with “22,000 sq ft floor plates ideal for collaborative R&D.” This does not appear to be true. When we asked the building employee about onsite data centers, they told us there were none and looked at us as if we were crazy. We think the PR makes it sound like they own or lease this entire building (or a lot of it), but that is not true. On our visit we had to search the building for DVLT because it was not listed in the directory. We found them tucked away on the fifth floor in a 2,800 sq ft office, where we observed just one person working. Good luck squeezing 22,000 floor plates into the corner office.

Hey @SECGov why is it that when GameStop has a large price movement, it immediately gets halted and continues to get halted multiple times per day, but when other stocks like Beyond Meat have volatile moves, there are no halts? It has traded over 4 BILLION shares in the last 5 sessions and it's up 1250% and there have been NO halts. Hopefully this is a relic of the Biden administration, because otherwise it's blatant corruption.
