@MbarkCherguia I doubt she can count. Black IQ’s are often below 70, the threshold for being considered mentally handicapped. I think this is an education failure and a person feeling embarrassed they couldn’t do a basic part of their job. No reason to hate on her, that’s a hard spot to be in.

After this man got gas, he got into his car and noticed a bunch on quarters and nickels and dimes in his cup holder. He decides to go back in and get a drink, the cashier at the Walmart gas station flat out says it’s not her job to count money and stands there ignoring him. Was it rude for him to pay in this method or is she wrong and it is her job to count it?
