A new school year has officially started—literally EVERYTHING is new! New school, new job, new start! I’m so excited that I get to work alongside such awesome educators who will do what’s best for kids…even if it’s uncomfortable. APS is the best and I’m here for it!! 💛🐾🖤

I love superintendents who take the time to be in schools because it does take planning with all they have to do but they remind us that leadership is about being present, connected, and invested in the heart center of education( school house).

Today in Mrs. Cox’s Kindergarten class, students made butter! They learned how butter was made in the past & in the present, & used what they learned about capacity to measure how much cream they needed to make their butter! Fun, Engaging, & Valuable! They loved it!
