@easyJetholidays cannot believe that in 2024 you are relying on an Excel spreadsheet to add my credit back to my account. 10 days, 6 phone calls, 3 emails, 3 chases via social media and still no sign of the credit. Meanwhile the new holiday we want to book is increasing in price
