Yes all free listings will have just email address and phone number. Featured listings and above have an appointment request form that will get emailed to the dentist office immediately. Verified listings get basic analytics and featured/VIP listings get advanced placement and analytics to track how many people are using the maps, call or appointment request forms. This incentivizes the practices to subscribe to get better placement, analytics and less friction for their customers.
