@ajeetprssingh Event after making lakhs monthly I still operate like I used to when I had that intern money, rest is all going into investments

even if i make 5-6L a month, i won't consider spending 60k a month on just rent, food, and gym. considering im single and in my 20s. (having an extravagant girlfriend "may be" an exception) money is the best possible tool to create long term freedom. the only thing that can save you from the uncertainty of career or business or life is money. but again it's always a trade off btw what you want now and what you want most. so spend it on whatever you choose.

btw before joining, i was first offered a 2-week paid trial. here’s exactly how it happened: • cold emailed around 1am (literally my last email of the day) • woke up to a cal link for a 1:1 • had a normal convo about myself + how i think/build • got a small assignment after the call - just 2 questions, no time limit • spent ~1.5 days on it and sent it back • next call was mostly deep discussion + brainstorming while screensharing and improving the approach live • got offered the 2-week paid trial after that still crazy how one random late night email changed things.

I NEVER DID DSA While my batchmates were grinding LeetCode for FAANG, I was at hackathons. Building things. Failing at a startup. Annoying founders with DMs. Tier 3 college → Canadian internship → US AI startup. FAANG is one path. It's just not the only one.
