@AmazonAE@amazon when you record your calls for “quality assurance” but you are not prepared to share or review the call to verify what was actually said by an Amazon employee - and subsequently you are effectively tell your customer they are lying😡 hmm - I call foul!

So messages sent as instructed - following a back and forth asking for information that was already provided - we find ourselves 6 days later and no progress!! Amazon customer services has shown a total disregard to the 3 issues raised 😡
