I managed to do something no other marketing leader/advisor did in this space. Sold out 2 projects in one week, in the deepest bear market NFT space experienced so far. This is how i did it...🧵

@TurntUpDylan Definitely agree - could also be a factor where many of these “successful” individuals seemed to have cross pollinated different skill sets and others assume it’s the best path moving forward

@AmbushSol I think it's totally fine to explore and dabble in a bunch of area to find what you really want to do. The issue lies in the fact that a lot of people just try to shotgun as many things as possible hoping they will get rich on something.

Specialization is a critical driver of success. It not only provides a competitive edge but also establishes a robust barrier to entry. Engaging in what everyone else does subjects one to competition from more experienced players in the field. Consider the automotive industry: A Porsche owner seeks out a specialist, even at a premium, because of the premium expertise. Specialists can charge more inelastic prices because of their unique skills. Conversely, those who spread themselves thin across multiple tasks often compromise depth for breadth. The inability to delve deeply into any single area might grant competitors an advantage. True success often hinges on sustained focus and patience, allowing for profound understanding and mastery of one's chosen domain. How does this apply to Web3? In case it wasn't painfully obvious, most people try to work on 3-5 projects at the same time. They spread themselves thin & usually accomplish nothing significant. By honing in on one initiative, you can cultivate expertise, establish a competitive edge, and achieve success.

We are building for 2025. Understand that we are playing the long-term game. Positioning ourselves as the first Web3 YouTube channel will take time, but that's the goal. Nothing less. @Decod3rsNFT will be #1.
