@thilographie_de Spot on, mate. Do let me know what you end up choosing. I need @Twitter alternatives—desperately!

In the near future when everyone on #SocialMedia is an influencer, who will follow them and how will they generate their billions?

#WebDevs, here is an unsolicited advice:

@svenpetersen191 Yeah, I saw it on that HP calc blog. I’m still unclear how the correction factor helps, when the RTC is inherently unstable. I suppose it helps on average”.

@svenpetersen191 I don't know either. But I still find it a bit unusual that a device that touts high precision has a seconds-off per day RTC.

@svenpetersen191 Apparently, it's a 20 (19.6689) ppm RTC part. Hence, the multiple seconds per day drift. I suppose that's OK, since no one today would drive and monitor their lab equipment with a calculator.

@svenpetersen191 Ah, OK; I'll look into it. Thanks, mate. The DM42 is famous for its accuracy and precision and it is based on HP-42S which has a callable RTC. But you discovered the DM42 loses seconds per day. You certainly got me curious.

@svenpetersen191 If I were brave, I'd crack open my DM41 to see, but I'm not.
